Our Story

Born from a love of simple things done well.

Cheez-Its & Beer started with a question most people wouldn't take seriously: what if we took comfort food seriously? Not the frozen-aisle version, but the real thing — baked from scratch, paired with intention, and served in a space that feels like coming home.

We opened our doors on West 6th Street with a clear vision: a place where the food is honest, the beer is cold, and nobody's keeping track of the time. It's not fancy. It's better than fancy — it's real.
